Weird Boot up problem

Tomorrow i got replacement for my hd 6670. As installed it on my pc and booted up it worked normally. Then i hit shutdown and booted up but no display. Then i tried it with another gpu it worked normal which was gt610. After which i again installed hd 6670, pc booted up normally but same thing happened after shut down every single fan keeps running but no display. But some times when i press reset button pc boot up normally. When these thing happens fan of gpu keep running at full rpm with lots of noise.

Can your power supply handle the 6670?

You need a minimum of 300w from a quality PSU and more from a nasty cheapo !
