Weird buzzing or like wire noise.

So my computer is making a weird buzzing noise I have tried to pin point it and yet unsuccessful. What i have done so far, had the cpu fan separated, same with the back fan, the ram fan, and the psu fan, it isnt any of the fans. Checked the screws on the board and cpu, had the board taken out to see maybe there is a vibrating wire in the back nothing there. Checked the HDD checked the cd still nothing. checked the graphics hard still nothing. The process I have is a xeon e5-1650. motherboard is a hewlett-packard 1589. I don't know what might be the cause it is the first time encountering a problem like that I just hope it isn't a bad cpu....

Does it make the noise all the time, or is it intermittent, or does it happen when you're doing something specific with your computer?

I'm assuming the weird buzzing like wire noise is coming from the tower and not the speakers or headphones?
What about the PSU, could that be it?
