Weird computer boot when my CPU is overclocked.

Hello!

I have found something weird when I overclock past 4.6GHz on my I7 4790K (Currently at 4.7GHz).

Full System specs:
I7 4790K
TITAN X Pascal Hybrid
16GB's DDR3 2400MHz
Sabertooth Z97 Mark S
Corsair CX750M

Basically, once I come back to my computer in the morning (It being completely powered down overnight); I will press the power button and every fan will do 1 cycle and everything will power on and then suddenly off again... Then 2 seconds later it will boot normally without me pressing a thing, I'm not sure if this is because my overclock is unstable or if I need to give it more juice (CPU is currently at 1.277V's). However, if I shutdown and turn the power supply off and on again with in an unknown short period of time even when the post light goes off; it won't do it again. It only happens once it's been over night. Everything seems stable when I'm actually in my OS and gaming, my temps don't go over 70C (Using a Corsair H105 cooler) and I've had 0 crashes. If I leave it how it is, will it damage my computer? I'm really baffled by this, and can't find any forums on this problem so thank you if you help me solve this!

EDIT: Also forgot to mention I've ran many stress tests and everything is also fine while in the OS, my Cinebench score was 955.

Solution
Sounds like the voltage setting is a bit low...or possibly the PSU is weak and doesn't give full voltage needed at initial start, do you have a different PSU or could you borrow one to test with?

It seems I've found another thing to throw into the question; my BCLK was at 102 making the base clock go to 4.08. Could the system be trying to supply only the base clock voltage (4.00Ghz) making the system stall? Then 2 seconds later it tries again with a higher voltage (maybe gives power to the battery so the bios settings are read). At least it seems that it works this way, because it doesn't always do it... It only does it when I leave it over night, which tells me the battery runs out so the bios settings aren't able to read straight away? Idk it's just a theory, let me know your thoughts!

P.S Sadly I don't have another power supply to test with, nor can I buy one right now unfortunately
