Question Weird display/gpu issue???

I have been having this issue for about a week now ever since I updated my GPU. My mouse cursor does jump about an inch from time to time on my screen and I recently had my screen go black twice randomly. I have an RTX 3070 and when gaming I have been having certain rendering issues in red dead redemption 2 and random micro stutters. this is the display issue I have in event viewer. A caller specified the SDC_FORCE_MODE_ENUMERATION flag in a call to the SetDisplayConfig() API. already did DDU uninstaller, I have reinstalled on Geforce Experience and I still keep experiencing these issues. Any ideas? ANd this is the GPU i have.
