weird error after shutdown

Hi

every time i do shutdown and go to work, i get this error when i start the pc again, so i click crtl + alt and delete to restart.

Cpu i7 770k
memory 16GB
MOB: asus prime z270-k

any advice?

Your BIOS is way out of date. Try downloading and flashing to v. 10.02.

and download the ASUS BIOS Update and Management Manual.

I would follow the instructions for EZ Flash 2.

Save a copy of your current BIOS on the USB flash drive first.

Try changing your motherboard battery.
