Question weird fart like noise coming from pc

it started yesterday, it happens around every 1-3 seconds and it is quite faint, loud enough to notice it though, i can provide a sound clip if needed, im not the best with tech but know somewhat what im doing, i believe its coming from my gpu, ive read other forums and not seen much, its happening in my gaming pc

can try and provide a video of the noise but its quite faint so might be hard to hear it, i dont feel that comfortable messing with the parts, so please provide suggestions thank you

Could be anything from the GPU to the PSU fan just reeving up and down.

Download MSI afterburner.

And adjust a fan curve
Fan speed below

30 for 20c /50 for 50c/70 for 65/ 100 75c

Having the fan on a 30 percent should help keep it from reving up and down as much

If it's PSU there isn't much you can do might be a dodgy bearing which won't kill it. Just might make a bit more noise

Also check around fans for loose cables as they might be snagging on the fans.

Does this system have any spinning hard drives (HDD)?

Do a visual check to make sure a cable isn't touching a fan somewhere.
