Question Weird GPU Tuning (OC) issue ?

Hello everyone, first of all i want to say my english not good enough to tell something clearly. If i make mistake or you dont understand what did i say, just tell me i will use translate for you.

I have a weird problem on my gpu. I have MSI AMD RX480 8GB graphic card. I always use that card with overclocking since day i buy it. But when i upgrade my system parts***(on 2021 July), the card doesnt work well anymore.

The problem is when i use the card with default or overclocking settings, games doing shuttering and system is shutting down. But when i lower GPU Frequency(only this not others) by -10%/-15%, the card is working really good. You can see my tuning settings at here Imgur-Tuning .

And I really trying to find solution on internet but there is none. Thanks for the help.

Are you using the psu from your old build for the new one? How old is that psu?

Yes i'm using old psu for the new one. It's 5 years old.

Sounds to me like you need a newer psu. A new build should always have a new psu for its foundation. It is the heart of the build, using an old heart for a new body is not recommended.
