Question Weird graphical artifacts but only on certain games

Hello. I've been having the same issue with my pc for a long time. There are these weird lines that appear in certain games that keep flashing. Text also glitches too. Could this be a graphics card problem, cpu problem, or just something else?Video of the artifacts in an example game . An image of the glitching for text. The specs of my pc: 1. CPU : Ryzen 5 2600 2. GPU: rx 580 3. Motherboard: Prime b450-a

Try another monitor cable.

I just tried to use another monitor with different cables(display port, hdmi) and the graphical artifacts still appeared.

Use amd's catalyst control panel and back off the clocks by 100MHz on core and memory. See if that helps.

I used MSI Afterburner in order to lower the clocks by 100 MHz. Nothing changed.

Did you fix your problem? I think I have the same problem. I have a GTX 1660 Super. I only see those flashing lines in two games (NBA2k20 & Ghost Recon Wildlands). I've tested 4 other games and no issues there.

If the card is still under warranty, start the RMA process with the manufacturer and get it replaced.
