Question Weird graphical glitch on certain apps

I'm using an ASUS Vivobook Pro 14 OLED. I have been seeing these weird graphical glitches on certain apps. Does anyone know what this is or what causes them? They turn up in screenshots and Discord screen share. They seem to grow when I move my mouse but disappear when I move the cursor over it. I am on the most recent Nvidia studio driver 522.30. (This was also happening on a previous driver as well.)

Could check to see if its a program conflict

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

it just removes non microsoft programs from start, easy to reverse. Doesn't delete anything

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.
