Question Weird HDD sound

Hello,so recently I discovered that my new hdd has started making some weird noises.
I don't know if these noises are new or not since I didn't pay attention at the sound of my hdd when I got it.
Please tell me if this is normal!
First video is the sound it makes when its writing data or doing average tasks like opening a program
Second video is when I shutdown my pc.

WD WD20EZAZ Blue 2TB 5400RPM Class SATAIII 256MB 3.5" Desktop Hard Drive

1st is normal HDD write noise (that crackle).

2nd is a bit strange (squeak). But it is produced when HDD platters stop spinning and/or read/write head returns to power-off position (off the platters).

Now, i only have had 7200 RPM HDDs (including WD Blue) and none of them have squeaked when stopping. Here, you can contact Western Digital and ask them if the squeak at stop (power off) is normal for that particular model of HDD that you have. If it isn't, they can redirect you on what to do next (perhaps even offer RMA).

Doing defragmentation helps to keep HDD in better health. And makes it more responsive. One, deep defrag, per month is good to do.

Very neat program, won't lock your HDD usage while it is in process. Also has nice GUI showing you what is currently going on (rather than dull bar slowly filling up).

Also, keep at least 20% of HDDs max capacity free, at all times. That also extends HDD lifespan.
