Question Weird HDMI audio bug with Zotac 4080 ?

Hello
I have a weird audio bug with my new Zotac RTX 4080 , I don't know if it's game related or HDMI driver.
Randomly I won't have audio coming out of my TV when switching to it via HDMI and using Windows + P when I want to play Guardians of the Galaxy, I have to switch to my PC monitor then back to my TV to bring back the sound!
Weirdly enough if I try to play a song with VLC before opening the game it will play on my TV, that's why I wonder if it's HDMI/4080 related or game or even Windows?

I would suggest running DDU as the HDMI audio controlled by GPU drivers

run ddu in safe mode, uninstall GPU drivers, boot back into normal and try latest drivers.
