Weird internet problem [again]

Ok, so i got this pc and when i bought it it was compatible with win vista, but i kept upgrading it and i installed windows 8 a couple of months ago. Now, here is where the problem starts. After upgrading to windows 8, this thing happened where i open my pc, the interned doesnt work, i restart, it works, i close it, when i open it again, the internet wont work, i restart it.... and so on. This stopped for a while, but one time i had to force close it and it started again. It is very annoying, i cant connect to my internet when i 1st start my pc, i have to restart it to be able to do it. Help!

theres a good chance you need a driver update. i would find out what kind of ethernet it has, and look on the manufacturers page for a modern windows 8 driver

Idk, it stopped by itself. if i turn its a warning icon over the internet icon and if i try connect to the wifi (casue yes, i can do that with my pc) it takes long and it wont connect and i cant connect to anything until i restart

My drivers are up to date, but i will try to uninstall them and reinstall them

A of of time this is because of a MS update you could check your restore points and roll back the one before the issue started.
