[SOLVED] Weird issue with memory crashed my windows files

I tried enabling xmp profile in bios just to have it crash and revert back to stock, then i put it back to what it was originally and now i cant even get into windows because its saying that there are missing or corrupt drivers and files in windows directory, i did reseat the memory so would that be the cause?
Specs are,
R5 3600
Gigabyte b450 Aorus pro wifi
16gb Gskill ripjaws v 3200 cl16 (2x8)
1tb kingston a2000 nvme
240gb kingston sata a400 (2 x)
120gb kingston sata
650w 80+ bronze silverstone psu

Try memtest and see what results you're getting with that. If memtest is having errors, so is windows when it is trying to load drivers and hence the problem.
