Weird issue with memory.

So every about 2 months or so my pc decides that my memory is problematic and throws me a blue screen with memory managment error.Every time that happens I restart run a memory diagnostic and it detects hardware problem instantly, so I shut down and change my dim slots ex if i use 1,3 I put them in 2,4.I boot and run diagnostic again with no problems for another month or two.
I have 2x8gb sticks, they are the same but the problem happened even before I got the second one.

Full system spec? include make and model of the psu.
Are you mixing different ram kit?

CPU: AMD FX-8350 stock speed
Motherboard: ASRock 980DE3/U3S3
Memory: 2x8gb Identical g.skill sticks DDR3
HDD:Blue 1TB
SSD:Intenso 128gb (boot drive)
GPU: gtx 970 EVGA
PSU: Aero Cool 80+bronze 600w (now that I think about it prob the issue)

Now place the memory back into original slots 1,3 then rerun the test. What happens?

Placed memory to slots I got the issue in ran the test and no problems detected

Memtest can find problems with the memory that the build in windows memory test cannot:

You can down load this free and make a bootable flashdrive/CD to test your memory.

How long do I have to run it for I heared you need to run it for hours. if that's the case I'd rather change my slots every 2 months, I cant realy buy new ram anyways.

9 times out of 10 it's a video driver problem. Are they updated?

Not at the moment but I have had them updated in the past and I had this issue I've been having it for more than a year now and I just ignore it by changing my slots.I'll update them anyway.
