Question Weird Issues and Crashes when Gaming

Recently bought some new components for my pc mainly a new CPU, MOBO, and RAM. Installed the new parts with no problems and began using it in a dual monitor setup, one monitor running 1440p via DisplayPort and the other running 1080p via HDMI. First started noticing issues when playing games while watching videos on Opera. The game would lag as well as the video on Opera. I stopped running the browser when I play games but that didn't stop the lag. I wont press anything on the keyboard but my character will move on its own for a few seconds. Other times, the programs will stutter and then eventually just crash. One thing I did notice is that Speccy doesn't know what my ram is. It just reads UNKNOWN. Not sure where to start troubleshooting. Any thoughts?

MOBO: Gigabyte Eagle AX
GPU: RTX 3080 TI
RAM: G.Skill Flare x5 2x16 GB DDR5
PSU: Corsair RM1000x 1000 watt 80 Pus

Fresh install of Windows 10 and the PSU is a Corsair RM1000x 1000 watt 80 plus

Any thoughts?
