Question Weird keyboard issue

Hi, I have a problem with my keyboard [gamakay mk61]. Could you guys help me? It resets itself every time I open my PC and I have to replug it to make it work. The picture shows my keyboard before I replug it.

Have you tried installing the newest drivers for it? Digital Downloads (shopifyapps.com)

I disabled ErP and now I don't have to keep replugging it, but the settings are still resetting, even with the new software version.
