I just built my computer and this happens with a lot of games a I play (garry's mod, counter strike go and league of legends). I have no idea what it's called or what it is, so google has been useless to me. Any help is highly appreciated.

Cpu: Fx-6300 (no overclock)
Motherboard: ASRock 970-PRO3 R2.0
Gpu: Gigabyte Radeon R9 270 Overclocked 2GB
Power supply: FSP Raider 550W 80 Plus Silver Power Supply
HDD: Western Digital WD Blue 1TB
Ram: Kingston Hyper X Fury HX318C10FK2/8 8GB (2x4GB) Blue

update BIOS of Mainboard, but don´t do it in Windows!
download BIOS from ASRock hompage and extract it to an USB thumb drive, restart PC, enter BIOS, use integrated BIOS Tool, select file from USB drive

use up to date catalyst beta driver
