Weird lines on my screen.

Hi, i've been having these strange lines on my monitor, they are basically white and black dots, 1 pixel wide, moving upwards vertically, it also happens in the bios. The monitor is a HP ZR2740W 1440p IPS monitor. I don't think they're dead pixels since they are moving, so i'm completely clueless. PS: my gpu is a GTX 1070

cool take out the card and boot up with the motherboard hdmi connected to the monitor if you dont see the lines its the card (could be failing memory)

I don't think it's the card since it's a week old and unfortunately the monitor only has Displayport and DVI.

cards come broke all the time that board has a display port out
