Question Weird (maybe coil whine?) sounds from my PSU

I'm getting this sound from my PSU, sometimes it's even louder when playing intense games such as COD. What is it and are there any fixes for it?

Not coil whine. Maybe the fan bearing.

What psu?=maker+model+wattage. How old?

Still hard to say what it really is, only thing i can think of is fan bearing or maybe some relay switching. really no fixes for this. Can talk to support of psu vendor and see what they think,maybe cause for rma.

As @Vic 40 said my assumption would also be the fan bearing due to you saying that it gets louder when gaming meaning the fan needs to spin more increasing the noise.

So, I RMA'd my PSU and now bought the Cooler Master MWE 550 GOLD. It's fully modular, y'all think it's was a good choice?

Not really a great choice, not the worst. Don't know what you can spend on a psu so you might have been able to do better.
