Question weird mouse skipping

What I can say: it is not specifically the problem with the specific mouse, I tested using other mice and I still ran into this problem.
This is not a surface issue, I tested using a piece of paper and I still ran into this problem
I have tried to uninstall the mouse drivers and reinstall them but that did not fix my problem.

for testing purposes... can you try to enable the trackpad and see if it still occurs.
By the way how did you disable it? Fn + F7?

The skipping does occur when the trackpad is enabled however if i am only using the trackpad the skipping doesn't occur

My guesstimate is that the touchpad drivers are conflicting somehow with the mouse drivers.
