I've been encountered a problem with my MSI 6950XT Gaming X Trio since I've got it last month and I've been trying as many solution as I could and within my knowledge and research but no result.

Whenever the AMD Andrenaline Driver is installed - The LED controlled app (MSI Mystic Lights) stop working - It registered the card but any control doesn't do anything (the LED kept the last configuration).
Context: The card I got is 2nd hand. Last card of mine is a MSI 2080Ti Gaming X Trio. The seller didn't mention anything about it and I first encoutered the issue when I try to change the LED on the card via MSI Mystic Light. Since It was a pretty minor problem (everything else perform as expected) therefore I didn't contact the seller and try to deal with it myself.
My PC spec: i7 12700 - Gigabyte Z690M Aorus Elite DDR4 - TridentZ 64GB DDR4 - Gigabyte 1000W power supply (I forgot the exact model) - Windows10 64bit

How It started: When replacing the 2080Ti with the 6950XT, I used DDU with safe mode to remove the NVIDIA driver. Then I replaced the card and boot on the PC. After that, I let windows install the driver (one without Andrenaline software), then I install the MSI Mystic Light apps. Untill this stage, I can controll the LED and everything is working as expected.
But when I download and install the lastest AMD Andreanaline official driver, after the reboot, suddently MSI Mystic Light doesn't work anymore. The LED on the card stayed as last configuration and if I ever want to change the LED again, I have to go all the way back, uninstall the driver using DDU and let the PC install its own driver to even use the MSI Mystic Light apps.
To summerize it: If I install the lastest AMD Andrenaline software on my PC, MSI Mystic light doesn't work anymore.

Things I tried:
-Fresh install of Windows 10 - when install the lastest driver, the problem persist, then unintall the graphic driver using DDU and let windows install its own, everythings fine.
-Reset the CMOS
-Reseated the card ( I don't know worth the try but still, no hope)

Anyone ever encountered this problem ? Any suggested solution ? Please let me know, I would like to hear. Many Thanks~!

Might want to take the side panels off and see what the stickered side of the PSU says. How old is the PSU?

Ideally, you use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode, then manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

As for the Mystic light widget in MSI's Center app, what version are you working with? BIOS version for your motherboard?

Thank you for the reply.

I just checked. The PSU exact model is Gigabyte P1000GM. Its sticker dated from 2020

Yes, I use DDU and run the installation file manually with Administrator Privilege. Which does not work so I decided to install a fresh version of windows also. Which does not help also sadly.

Current BIOS version is AMI F7 8/8/2022, MSI center version is 2.0.52.0 Mystic light version is 3.0.19.2
