[SOLVED] Weird noise from my stock intel cpu cooler

Hello guys, my question is why is the stock intel cpu cooler so loud and making that weird noise. That was only in the bios and while gaming is worse. Wires are not touching the fan or anything like that. I turned the other fans off and it's definitely from the cpu cooler.

mobo: gigabyte h310m s2v 2.0

Sounds like it's running at full rpm. Either it's set to run at full rpm on bios or some utility or the temps are high because it wasn't seated right.

That's not even close to full rpm my friend has also the same cpu and stock cooler and has the same issue
