Weird pane appear in the bottom of the windows

So I have installed some themes and things like "Aero Glass" for Windows 8.1 so I assume it is the reason why i have this pane,but I uninstalled them ALL and still have it.Here's a print screen of what I am talking about:

Hello, sometimes when we uninstall programs with windows they don't actually remove themselves completely. GO download revo uninstaller and look to see if the program still exists. If it does, run a uninstall then scan for the files that are left over using revo and remove them.

Hey Screappy,

Try this, open the folder and click F10 >> view >> options. Once inside go to "Restore Defaults" apply and okay, see if that fixes the problem.

That's called a Status Bar.

Click on View on the Menu bar and then click on the Status bar option to turn it off.

View >>Options>>General "Restore Defaults" apparently only restores for general tab.

This is not the regular status bar.Anyways I managed to fix the issue,It was caused by the ''win8 classic shell'' program or whatever it is called.I just reinstalled it and it worked like a charm.Thanks for the answers though!

Curious, when reinstalling it, did you remove it again with Revo Uninstaller instead?

Nah,just with the integrated feature in windows "Uninstall or change a program".
