Weird PC behivor , might be problamtic.

My setup is quiet most of the time..

But lately I am experiencing a really weird and annoying buzzing sound...

Its like "BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZUZUZUZUZUZZZZZZZZZZ" (no troll) , something like the sound of electricity moving in a power tower.. found this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GeLEn9u6uRM it sounds like this in a small scale..

Before the weird sound arrived the setup was really silent.


Also I have checked the system with out any fan attached , and I also checked if there is anything loss that causes vibration and there is nothing that does.. (and also all the temps are fine)


The weird sound problem came with another phenomena , before the sound appears I get a "TSSSSS" sound , much like the "TSSS" sound you get when you start up the PC , but this "TSSS" comes when the system is up and running..

I just got more info about the problem....


I was watching a stream right now and the pc was really silent and the Q code showed "30" and the The weird "TSSSSS" sound came again and the PC started the weird buzinng sound again , also the Q code changed to "40"

Btw my motherboard is MAXIMUS VII HERO CPU i7 4790K
