Weird popup suggesting i have a security breach

I know this is probably a virus so does anyone know how to remove it (if it is a virus)

It also makes an incredibly annoying loud beeping noise (which leads me to suspect its a virus)
I also run windows 10

If you seen this in a browser tab, you can likely ignore it. The 800 number is bogus since the last series of digits is only 3 digits long.

If you are really concerned, do a manual scan with your AV software. Also download MalwareBytes (free edition) and scan with it. If both of these turn up clean, you are OK.

I also cant close it if that means anything

They can be pesky sometimes there is a way to close the browser try Control + Alt + Delete then press Task Manager and close the application.

Do you have popup blocker turned on on your computer? Also, I would also get some type of ad-block addon to your browser... That can fix quite a bit of these types of issues!!!
