hi forum . i have changed my power supply because my ex power supply involved in the problem. and it's spec was 1035 Watt (1000 Watt Real) model GP1035B Green . with that (before it crash down)
my system was boot up correctly after i hit the Power On button on top of my chassis.
... since a few days ago that i've bought a new PSU with this spec : Green 1000 Watt (Real) OC edition model GP1000B GOLD (80 plus Gold) . no the problem is , every time i want to turn on my PC , first it doesn't boot up but it's powered on and all hardware are in correct position and nothing's weird . just actually do nothing .until i push 2 or 3 times Reset button or Power button from my chassis and then after a while when it re-started again everything goes well and system will boot up perfectly .
any help would be greatly appreciate to solve my problem . Thanks :)
System Specs:
OS - Win 8.1 Enterprise x64
CPU - i7 930
Video - GTX480
Mobo - Asus P6X58D Premium x58 chip
RAM - 6gb Corsair XMP 3

Solution
Hello,

Take out the GTX480 and verify its PCI-e connector.
If all connections are OK, it seems your motherboard is living its last moments (damaged by the old PSU or some capacitors gone bad).

Finally, some good news! Have fun, enjoy your system!

Oh hi there.. :)
i'm so sorry about this news, unfortunately the problem still remains . 🙁
i am so confused ! and i don't know why!? i could came here ahain sooner than this. but first i'd tried to test a few ways again.
strangely when i take out all devices from my machine(like monitor,keyboard,mouse,...etc ) and want to see my only chassis and it's hardware and you know just plugged power cable in , then system will totally works fine and there's no sign of "can't boot up" or any malfunction . even the Health Beep acts good. i'd tried many times Restarting and Shutting down with buttons on my machine and all done well.
the problem could be due to the devices?or defect in their cables?Because when all connected system sometimes works and sometimes does not work
i am so sorry for bothering again guys. but any help will appreciate in advance.
Thank you.

Weird, weirder, weirdest, and weirdester!!!!!!!!!!

So it seems fine at booting with nothing connected...what happens if you try adding your monitor alone? If it looks good there, try adding one more thing at a time while rebooting in between each addition? Worth a try, you might have one periphery piece that is freaking your computer out.

:) Yep.
yeah i'm thinking the same.
ok i have to check this items out and report it again.
but i think weirder thing is all these events may related to the Power Supply which is changed .i'm not sure.
but let's do your theory and find what/which device should cause problem to the system?

ok i'm back.
Honestly, i really do not know where the fault ! Every time I discover something new! But still do not know exactly what the problem is.
I would have no problem, if i turn it on and off instantly after a right turn on process.
But I know very well that when I turn off the system,And after a few hours or half a day I can not turn on the system easily as beforeو And the system will not boot up properly until 2 or 3 times I restart or turn off my machine. This is not always the case and sometimes the system was working well.
The nub of the problem is that I need to keep my computer turn on at certain times by program schedulers Or even by BIOS setting. Well, this problem won't let Windows boot up and actually can not do anything with the system.I need to turn off and turn on automatically But the main problem is that such a thing is not possible to work around with this problem. Hell, if I'm sitting in the back of the system and the hundreds of times I had to turn on and turn it off! But it is a pity that I have to keep my computer on and off at certain times, especially when I am sleeping. Otherwise there was no need to worry about this ***t happening!

I am sorry that your system is still giving you hard times 🙁 . You tried pretty much everything at this point, so I guess the motherboard is the one at fault. Try to use another graphics card (any working card will do, for being sure the system is behaving as usual or it starts right away).

Please don't do many Power ON/OFF cicles, you risk to further damage other components (the most sensible are the HDDs, which contain all your data); use the RESET button (Power ON, wait several minutes, press RESET and you're good to go).

Thank you for your kindness.
Damn right. :)
but let's hope to find any card from anyone! Most people won't do such a thing with kindness and for free.(giving a GC) but i'll give it a try .
