Question weird problem - speakers will play all audio except for one game

the speakers used to play this games audio perfectly???

I've tried: using different speakers (didn't play the games audio either), rolling back the audio driver, reinstalling the audio driver, and reinstalling the game.

do you think resetting my PC would help or am I just S.O.L here? I'm absolutely baffled

What game is it? Some games have settings for audio out, it might be going to something that doesn't exist.

I know it's a stupidly simple suggestion, but sometimes the easiest way is the right way.
