[SOLVED] Weird problem w cpu usage at fullscreen

SO when i turn on vsync and unlimited fps my cpu usage going crazy(full screen) ryzen 5 1600 but when i am on windowed borderless IT s fine. When i turn on vsync plus 60 fps limit (full screen) gamę is smooth and cpu usage is fine. IT hamenns in the witcher 3. Is IT normal

When you turn on Vsync it forces your gpu to keep fps at the same rate of your refresh rate. I.E. 60hz refresh rate locked at 60fps, 120hz refresh rate locked at 120fps. So if you turn on Vsync and then turn on unlimited fps you may be causing a problem with that setting.

Probably because the CPU has more to deal with. The smaller the screen, the less demanding.
