Weird problem with W key when playing games?

While playing games my character stops moving forward then starts moving again very quickly out of no where. I don't know if its a problem with the W key or keyboard in general.

It is a new keyboard I just bought, Razer ornata chroma

I just got this keyboard and that never happened with my old one.

You should swap it now, *after* the problem's started. It takes 30 seconds to do this. If it's only a problem with the new keyboard, RMA it.
