Weird Quick Freezes/Stutters

Hi, I have recently been experiencing small stutters/freezes that happen for about 1 second while playing games. It occurs on all games. My temps are normal/cool. And I recently reset windows and they are still occurring. If anyone could please help me it would be appreciated.I keep all my games on an ssd btw.

MY PC:

GPU: Gtx 1070

CPU i7 7700k

Motherboard: Asrock Z270 extreme 4

PSU: EVGA 650w Gold certified

Memory: 16gb Gskill DDR4 3200mhz (2x8) sticks

Storage: 1 tb HDD 7200rpm--- 250gb Samsung 850 evo SSD

What is the disc usage on the OS + game drive when this problem happens?

I can check, but if it's high how can I fix it?

Either check if you have some virus, mailware on it or buy a better and faster drive.

EDIT: how mutch free space you got on the 850evo?
