Weird redness on monitor

Hello, Today i plugged in my DVI cable to my benq XL2411 and there is this weird redness on the monitor and i dont know what it is everything is plugged in correctly and i need help with this since it is very annoying.

Try unplugging the power and removing the monitor cable for a minute or so. This resets the monitor to the default settings. Although unlikely, ,you can try a different monitor cable.

I is also possibility that the monitor is defective.

Remove the cable, and confirm you didn't accidently bend a pin.

I am going to look for more solutions and i and i will check if i have a warranty if it is defective hopefully it isnt thank you for your help if anyone has any more suggestions please tell me.

Hello! i have fixed the problem the port on my graphics card that i was plugging the dvi cable into had a piece of the grid broken and the parts inside were next to each other i ended up having to have to use a toothpick and take it out then move the parts inside.
