Hey there everyone, few weeks ago my computer started doing some weird sound the sometimes goes away. its now been consistent when the PC is not doing anything. I open the case and im 99% sure its coming from the CPU/cooling thing, when i set the fans speed to max the sound stops, or when i open for example firefox, or another app, ill drop a video to show it. When im playing i have everything maxed out hitting 150fps and once every minute or so i get dropped to 20fps for half a second(i tried with everything on low aswell) ! Thanks all in advance!

What are your temps ingame? Sounds alot like thermal throttling which in this case will most likely mean that your aio is malfunctioning.

My advise would be to get a different cooler before the aio fails completely.

I opened my case again to take a really better listen and i'm now 100% sure its the fan on the cooler. No wires touching it or even close to it, cleaned it and still the same sound but i've already ordered a new cooler and should be here today i hope, i'll be sure later today
