Sounds like the VRM area of the motherboard, but it's an assumption with what limited info you've provided. Roll up a sheet of A4 paper into a cylinder, then hold one end to your ear while the other end is used to probe for the source of the noise.

We're also going to need your system specs. Please list them like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Hi. I heard a strange buzzing/beeping sound that I can't really explain it. I attach a link with the sound. I opened the pc's backplate and it seems to be heard from the processor area. I only hear it when I have the pc ul on idle, the sound disappears when I'm playing. What is it coming from? Is it normal?

Many watts in processor, graphics card ++, for the specific power supply, which is bronze and is not one of Corsair's best. After a year of operation (and you certainly play games, it probably needs a change)
*** Put your ear to the water cooling pump, there is a chance that it will make noise

Thx for the answers. Anyway should I be worried about this sound or it s ok ? Can it do any damage ?
As I told you before, you will have to check. If the sound is from the water pump (I say this because you said it comes from the processor), you can do a test with an air cooler.
If it is from the power supply (for which the currents it sends may not be enough and the water pump also makes noise) you can remove devices that require power such as hard disks that you have for storage and anything else leaving the basics such as the keyboard and the mouse.
It's easy to find out what's wrong that way
