Question Weird startup now super low fps on games

I bought an Asus TUF gaming A15 laptop with the military standard durability back in October of 2023 which has been fantastic up until now. I usually get off work and hop on games. I got off for about an hour or two and when I went to turn on my laptop the next time it gave me all the prompts like it was the first time being booted up which has never happened. When it logged on my screen was zoomed in to 150% which it has done that before but only once and that was it. I noticed my laptop was running a little louder than it usually does. I went to load up the same game I had played a few hours prior and now the FPS is sitting at a solid 4. It's like that for all of my games not just this one. I have tried lowering the graphics on the game, restarting it, updating my driver, doing a hard reboot/shutdown and still nothing. If I go on the internet everything works fine and I can watch shows with no problems so it's just the games. I don't know what else to do so if someone could please help I would be happy to answer any and all questions as I can with the little knowledge I have about computers and the situation.

Fixed the problem. Turns out my primary GPU turned itself off so I was only running off of the integrated GPU. Luckily I had a friend who knows a lot about PC's so he fixed it in about 20 minutes haha.
