Today I noticed that some of the textures in my games had weird black squares all over them. After zooming in a bit you can see yellowish stripes on every one of them too. Just updated my drivers hoping for a fix but the bug still persists. I've monitored the temperature and everything is stable. Here's the link with some screenshots:

My specs are:

GTX 770 Superclocked w/ ACX by EVGA
i7 2600k
8 GB of RAM
1 TB Western Digital HD
Asus P8h61-M LE Motherboard

Solution
Interesting. I'm going to ask some troubleshooting questions, so don't think I'm questioning your intelligence:
1. Have you tried swapping HDMI cords/plugs on the card?
2. Has your PC/card received a physical or electric shock recently?
3. Is it only in games, or at all times?
4. If none of those work, have you tried swapping PCI slots?

It almost looks like if there's data loss, or maybe some type of interference. The pattern indicates some type of frequency, whether that is electrical current being disrupted or added on the card or in the cable, I don't know. It's definitely strange.

Solution

Picked your response as solution by accident. About the issue:

1: I did have some problems with vga/dvi adaptors a while back, but nothing recent.
2: Not that I know of.
3: From what I can tell, only in games.
4: I have only one slot in my mobo

Could be the cord or plug. If not... Might be an issue with the GPU or the circuitry in the card. Try completely unistalling the drivers, and installing the newest ones. I know you have them, but maybe a clean wipe will help.

Tried swapping the plug, but after the bios screen and a brief windows loading screen, everything will go black, even the LEDs on my mouse turn off, and the pc won't even boot. Plugged it back on the first slot and did a clean driver install, again with no luck, bug persists.

About 2 years and a half. Started having noiticeable poblems a while ago with WoW. I'd get TDRs from time to time, but only in wow so I never really gave it too much attention. I've never changed it's clock or any other config at all. Ddon't think it's ever been overheated. The only time it may have been damaged was a little while back when I tried to plug it in a power outlet during a jam and the breaker went off. This happened some time ago and I hadn't had any problems with it at the time (this happened after the wow tdrs).

Yikes. Unfortunately, I don't think I can give a definitive answer. Hopefully the card stays alive longer. The only thing else I can think of is to run some diagnostics on the card/mobo and see if there is a voltage problem. Maybe someone more experienced with the intricacies of GPUs can chime in?

I'll try reinstalling the board and using a different plug once more. Thank you for your time, I appreciate the effort!
Cheers
