I'm looking for some guidance on a weird power issue that my PC has been encountering for the last few months where sometimes it won't power on (maybe 5% of the time) and the only way i can get the system running is to switch off and on the PSU. Making adjustments and restesting is really difficult as above the problem only occurs once in a while and i don't know what (if anything) was done differently during the times that the system does not power on

Some additional info;
Fast boot is disabled in control panel (Windows 10)
Power button not the issue as wake-on-lan stops working at same time
PSU is Corsair AX860i
Motherboard is X570 ASUS Hero VIII
Motherboard lights look normal
No visual signs of any damage to cables and seem to all be seated properly
PC tower is sat on a glass shelf and not on carpet
When i do go really near to the PC i sometimes feel static as my hair starts to stand up lol so thinking it could be linked

Appreciate any suggestions :)

Solution
There should be a clue in the Event logs.
This will help you.

I can go through these logs.

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it onto your Desktop. If your default download location is not your Desktop, drag it out of it's location onto the Desktop.
If we have to run Farbar more than once, refer this SS.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) on the Desktop.
The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt) on the Desktop.
The logs are large, upload them using this. No time delays/Captcha-I'm not a Robot/account/registration needed. Give us the links please.

I think my psu is dying tbh, it's 6.5 years old and probably due an upgrade but unsure what wattage psu i should get, system consists of;
2x 4TB WD Black HDD
2X Samsung evo ssd
2x M.2 SSD
ASUS xonar STX sound card
Inateck USB PCIE card
2x 32GB 3600 DDR4 Memory
ASUS X570 Hero VIII Mobo
MSI Suprim X 3080 (at stock)
AMD 5900X (OC'ed using BIOS PBO)
Corsair AX860i PSU
Corsair H150i elite AIO
Running 4 screens

Would a 1000W PSU be overkill for this assuming i do not plan to add any further hardware?
