Weird web page on start up

http://play-toolbar.org always pops up when i start my pc. there are no signs of install anywhere. the last thing i did was update my steam games.

Can anyone guide me on how to remove it?

Might want to also check your browser options such as things along the lines of extensions and what not. These things have a way of still being on there even after being removed by a tool because they have made changes to the browser. Or they have added themselves as some type of extension or something of that nature.

When you say 'no signs of an install anywhere', does that mean you have gone to your control panel and looked at all the programs installed on your computer?

(To clarify.....It pops up even *before* clicking on a browser?)
