[SOLVED] Weird white lines and strobing on Warzone

Hello, one of my friends is having a weird issue when he tries to play Warzone. He gets all these random white lines that show up all over his screen. The colors strobe around the lines so it looks like he is in a disco. It doesn't appear in other games such as Apex Legends.

This is a new PC that was custom built just a month ago.

CPU: Ryzen 5900x
MOBO: MSI B550 UnifyX
RAM: 32GB 3600MHz
GFX: AMD 6800xt
PSU: Seasonic 850W

He has tried uninstalling drivers, using the most recent driver, and rolling back to one that previously worked. None of that helped him.

We can LOL about the fact he used his phone instead of taking a screenshot another time

I would review all the annoying dispaly/color settings in Radeon system tray, and or a combination of that and game video settings.
