I’ll start by listing my parts:
I7 6700k non oc’d,
16gb Corsair vengeance ddr4 ram
Krait z170a mobo
1080 fe gpu
Storage is ssd and hdd
My issue is as follows:
I recently went on a weekend trip, pc working perfectly fine, and once I returned home my pc wouldn’t boot.
Originally I tried a handful of things, and noticed that the VGA light on my z170a was lit up, so I reset my cmos, and now the issue changed, my DRAM light was on, and occasionally blinked to cpu, so I took out my cpu tried to clean it up and put it back in, reset cmos again, and tried booting, and now it’s just a solid light on my DRAM but I can’t figure out why.
I’ve tried changing slots, using only one of my 2 8gb sticks, took out my gpu and used on board display, pretty much tried everything I could find on this forum but to no avail.
Help would be greatly appreciated
