Why would you have someone purchase a full version of 2003 (in which the *all* items you list are in Professional) which cost $499 retail, when they can buy an upgrade retail for $329 and then purchase Works 6.0 for $19 retail (hell, even the newsest Works version, 8.0 is only $49), and then use that as an eligible up upgrade.
This is what I did, and it works great! (except I have Office 2003 Standard)
