Western Digital My Cloud shuts down occasionally.

A friend of mine have a new (2 months old) Western Digital My Cloud Mirror 6TB 2-Bay NAS and some times it shuts down for no obvious reasons...

I do not have it in front of me to delve into those settings... so does anyone have any clue about this behavior?

Completely power off, not responding even after 1 minute what do LED front panel say?, or just asleep and takes maybe 15s to wake up?

The last couple of months it happened 3 times... and the NAS is completely off.
No leds blinking on the front, no nothing...
Completely unresponsive.

The only way to start up the disk again is for them to remove the power plug... and plug it in again...

If that's not a complete failure then I don't know what. Hope it's still under warranty.

It's only 2 months old... so it is...
I was hopping that its maybe some weird setting in the control panel but... it looks like its going back for RMA!
