you don't need drivers for your hard drive since such a thing does not exist.
However, you might want to look for drivers for the chipset of your motherboard, which controls the SATA controller
what a silly comment....
of course there are drivers for the hard drive....
no matter what is controlling it, be it bios, controller chip, generic OS sata drivers etc etc......
software had to be written for it...... that is a driver
and even in my Windows 7 64 bit when I plug in this drive for the first time, it looks for and installs a driver for that particular hdd model.
