I’m looking for the bets fans basically I don’t care about the noise that they make and also would be helpful if the6vwere were compatible with h100i v2

I kind of did. You are going to have to balance cost/performance/noise to your budget.

But you said the best fans, which depends on what you are trying to do. You have to look at unrestricted airflow vs restricted. In other words CFM optimized fans vs Static Pressure optimized fans. CFM fans have large gaps between the blades, static pressure fans tend to have wide blades or many closely spaced blades.

Radiators typically get SP fans. All these companies make both type of fans, and many more. Then you'll need to pick among 4-pin PWM or 3-pin fans depending on your motherboard.

Fans controlled directly by the h100i I believe are 4-pin, though there is no reason you can't hook those up to the motherboard and control it that way.
You'll probably find varying opinions, but if you don't care about noise Noctua makes some industrial fans that are quite popular with people that go in for extreme cooling.

If you are talking normal static pressure optimized fans. Noctua again has some decent ones, Phanteks, Sharkoon, Cougar just off the top of my head. You'll have to balance cost/appearance/stats to really make decision.

For intake fans that are relatively unhindered you don't need static pressure fans. Though most people tend to get a single fan type and stick with it across a build. SP fans still move air, and tend to do it fairly quietly compared to airflow fans.

I should add that Corsair makes better versions of the fans that their AIO coolers come with. Corsair SP120 are not terrible.
