What Actually Is Memory Bandwith,Base Clock,Memory Clock Of A GPU

Generally speaking, it is the rate of transfer of data to/from memory per second:
Base Clock Frequency X Number of transfers per clock X Memory data bus width X Number of buses

It is usually stated as the maximum theoretical number but in practice is usually lower depending on what is going on in the system at the time and if/how caches are implemented.

You need to get those specific parameters from the specifications for each of the products in the list to calculate their bandwidth.

Another thing, memory will synchronize to the speed of your processor, for example if your processor is 2.6 ghz, 1GB Ram, 800 Ghz of Front side bus or FSB, your RAM it should PC 800 and 1GB of capacity, PC means is a term of bandwidth.

Video card memory has nothing to do with what the CPU can handle. This is not about PC RAM but GPU specs.

That's the part that kinda confused me. Though the answer of his did somehow give me some insight.
