Question What adapter cable to use

Do not have a hdmi plug in for my 1060 6gb graphics card on the back of my pc , only a adapter cable which is 3 rows and 8 pins on each row. What kind of cord do I use ?

AOC monitor. Has 2 hdmi slots and a adapter slot labled D-sub which has 3 rows and 5 pins
