What adapter do I need for a pc from the U.S. to work in Europe?

I am building a pc for my family in Poland and wanted to know if there is an adapter I could buy so that the pc could get power.

If PSU accepts both 120V and 230V input (most do, just do a check) then you could just get normal Euro-plug power cord

alternately, if you want to use US plug, you'd need travel adapter but... for permanent use, they are a hassle

both your power cable and PSU should work fine..
