What affects a graphics card's life span the most?

Hi, is the lifespan mostly influenced by how hot the gpu normally runs? Does the fan speed affect how long it lasts?
I know that everything affects the lifespan, but what affects it the most?

temperature, then voltage AFAIK.

I think high voltage will affect it more than temperature, but yes, voltage and temperature.
