Not very expensive but around Rs.10k+ . Have freedom to suggest.

I would mainly use it for editing purposes (adobe softwares! and even AUTOCAD)

With that small of a budget, the only thing you should upgrade is the RAM. A modest CPU upgrade is going to run at least 15000Rs (7th Gen Core I5) and a minimal GPU upgrade (GT 730) would be around 7000Rs, but you need more RAM before you consider either of these other two options.

This also assumes that your case is large enough to install the graphics card in (it not a slim/small form factor) and that you have a sufficient power supply to power the graphics card.
