As of now I have the parts for my pc

Video card
Case
Optical drive
Ram Cards
Power supply
Extra fan

I know I am missing a MOBO, OS and a Processor. I was just wondering if there is anything else I need to buy to make it complete?

Yes it comes with a heatsink/fan. it's not necessary to buy an aftermarket cooler. The stock cooler will work perfectly fine at stock clocks and small overclocks. If you plan to do mild to heavy overclocking right away, you should definitely buy an aftermarket cooler, but if not you can always save some money now and get it later when you need it.
