What are my graphics card limitations based on computer specs?

Recently my PSU died, and I am currently looking for one but I am trying to replace my mediocre graphics card at the same time. I was wondering: based on my computer's other components, what are the limitations on what graphics cards I can put in?
This is a link to the computer I purchased:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883229362&cm_re=cyberpowerpc-_-83-229-362-_-Product

All the specs are the same as what is on the product page. The only difference is that I will be buying a new PSU with wattage to support my computer with the new graphics card I decide on.

A few graphics cards I have noticed with my about $150 budget (flexable for a great deal) are these:

Now, I am not tech savvy and do not know exactly what I am looking at. If you can, please tell me if these would work/what the best is, and if you want to be especially helpful, give me a link to something better for the (about) same cost that works in my computer.

Thank you so much! I just noticed that all the cards i picked out were GTX750ti haha. I found this PSU that matches what you were telling me to look for at a good price: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151096
Is that good if I decide to go with one of those cards?

Also, TheDualshock told me this R9 270X was better than my previous card choices:

But would that use more power?

Yeah it does, since your on a budget, just go with the 750ti since the R9 270x draws quite a bit more power and more power = bigger PSU = more costly.

But if you're planning on getting a 600-650w PSU as geofelt suggested, go for the R9 270x if you can. 600-650 is plenty like geo stated.

Thank you! I could definitely spring the extra 30 for the Saphire R9270X if it is worth it. Are you sure a card of that magnitude would work with my computer though?
And if I was to go with your two best suggestions (the EVGA and the Saphire) would cooling become an issue?

Yeah you will be able to run the R9 270X no problem. In fact I also have a FX-6300 with 8GB of RAM and a R9 270X and I can tell you that I don't have any bottlenecks and it runs great.

I will be getting the 620w PSU I listed and the R9 270x. Thank you so much for your help.
Also, I am sorry to sound like a bother but I am just trying to be cautious; you are sure those two parts will work in my computer alongside the other components?

Posted the other question before I noticed this. Ignore it then haha. Thank you again! Youre wonderful.
